MATCH LORDS TOKEN
A professional gaming clan and service economy for My Last Match. Elite players turning skill, dedication, and a real asset portfolio into on-chain revenue, with deep roots in physical gaming clubs and live tournaments.
Executive Summary
Match Lords ($ML) is a professional, meritocratic gaming clan operating on the Qubic network at the heart of My Last Match (MLM), the post-apocalyptic survival MMORPG by Come-from-Beyond (CFB). Match Lords is an active force, not a passive holding vehicle: a battle-tested squad of professional players that monetises skill through in-game services, backed by a real portfolio of safehouses, vehicles, pets, and strategic investments.
The clan generates Qubic revenue from three engines. First, a service economy covering transport, escort, PvP, mercenary, and vehicle repair operations. Second, a portfolio of in-game assets totalling 4 safehouses, 10 hotel rooms, 12 vehicles, 8 pets, and 34 items, generating resurrection, storage, trade, rental, and crafting fees, and providing the operational backbone for military and terrain operations. Third, strategic investments in the wider MLM and Qubic ecosystem. Revenue flows on-chain via smart contract: 70% to $ML holders, 15% to active players, 5% buyback and burn, 5% to smart contract shareholders, and 5% reinvestment.

Introduction
1.1 My Last Match Ecosystem Overview
My Last Match (MLM) is a hardcore survival MMORPG developed by Come-from-Beyond (CFB), the founder of Qubic, built in Unreal Engine 5. Set in a detailed European town of the 1990s wrapped in eternal darkness, sanity is a resource, Dementals (maddened former citizens) roam the streets, resources are scarce, and PvP is unforgiving.
The core loop is gathering, crafting, trading, raiding, and surviving. In the main release, death will incur a reincarnation fee in Qubic, paid at safehouses; this mechanic is not yet active in the closed beta. The economy is embedded on Qubic's Tickchain. Assets are tradable for Matches (the in-game currency convertible to Qubic), and trade between players happens physically inside owned safehouses. Owners charge fees for resurrection, trade, storage, and crafting, with revenue flowing directly to them.
1.2 Our Edge
Match Lords was founded by a core of seasoned operators with 10 to 20+ years competing together, who run physical gaming clubs and live tournaments in the Balkans. We bring professional structure to MLM as a service clan: players and other clans hire the Lords to transport goods, escort runs, defend assets, repair vehicles, and execute PvP. Our property portfolio and outside investments provide a stable revenue base on top of services.
Players are central, not optional. Match Lords prioritises the development of skilled players and the cultivation of teamwork; our active roster is the asset that no balance sheet can replicate. Professional participation during MLM's closed beta also strengthens the game itself, contributing real-world testing, feedback, and visibility to the developers, while positioning Match Lords as one of the established forces by the time the main release arrives.
Solo players and casual newcomers lack the structure, firepower, and logistics to compete. Moving goods across hostile zones, defending assets, or executing PvP alone is dangerous and inefficient, leaving most of the game's value inaccessible to the average player. Match Lords fills that gap as a professional service provider.
Token Utility & Revenue Model
Utilities
- Proportional split of all clan service revenue (transport, escort, PvP, mercenary contracts, vehicle repair)
- Share of safehouse revenues (resurrection, storage, trade, crafting fees)
- Exposure to strategic investment income (MLM shares, Qrwa shares, Qmine)
- Governance voting on treasury use, acquisitions, and key decisions
- Priority access and discounts on clan services for ranked members
- Deflationary support via ongoing 5% buyback and burn
Revenue Distribution
Every Qubic earned by the clan is split automatically by smart contract:
One of many crucial pillars of the Match Lords clan: beside assets and investments, our players are the ones who will make this project a success. 15% of all revenue flows back to the active players who generate it.
Additional Revenue Streams
Revenue from additional sources, such as Smart Contract Shares and tokens from partner projects, is secured and distributed according to decisions made by the ML community through our official Discord channel. Until a fully automated smart-contract distribution system is implemented, all allocations are managed transparently through community governance and collective decision-making. Once the automated infrastructure is established, distribution transitions to a trustless, fully on-chain process, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and accountability for all participants.
Services & Operations
Match Lords' primary revenue engine is a professional service economy. Only a disciplined, skilled squad can offer these reliably across hostile territory:
Transport & Logistics (Day-One Product)
Safe movement of players, resources, and assets from point A to point B across dangerous zones; escorted convoys, asset relocation, and supply runs. Our vehicle fleet and repair capability make this a flagship service from launch.
Vehicle Repair Services
Field repair and full-shop work on player and clan vehicles, from emergency fixes to armour upgrades. A dedicated capability that pairs naturally with transport and escort jobs.
Escort & Protection
Hire the Lords to guard your runs, defend a safehouse, or secure a trade. Professional firepower on demand, priced and settled on-chain.
PvP & Contract Operations
Coordinated PvP, bounty contracts, and territory operations executed by a roster of professional FPS players. Spoils and fees feed the treasury.
Mercenary Services
Match Lords operates as guns for hire for other clans and players; a flexible professional squad available for specific jobs, tracked and settled transparently.
Match Lords players will be active throughout the BETA. Clan revenue from gameplay and assets is not guaranteed during the BETA phase, though it remains possible. Full revenue operations scale up with the game's full release.
Assets & Holdings
Beyond services, Match Lords holds a portfolio that underpins the token's value and provides revenue stability regardless of the amount raised in the public sale.
4.1 In-Game Assets
Match Lords holds a diversified portfolio of 100+ in-game assets on the Qubic-registered Match Lords ID, spanning safehouses, vehicles, pets, and crafting resources (grayprints, user manuals, weapons, and tools). We may not hold the most safehouses, but the properties we control are more than enough for our operations, and we have concentrated our strength where it matters most: the largest vehicle fleet in the game, and the only clan able to repair and maintain it.
| Category | Count | Strategic Role |
|---|---|---|
| Safehouses | 4 | Revenue base (fees), respawn points, logistical hubs |
| Hotel Rooms | 10 | Rental income, additional storage and respawn points |
| Vehicles | 12+ | Largest fleet in the game; transport, escort, PvP, terrain ops |
| Pets | 8 | Scouting, protection, economy; includes rare Panther & Ostrich |
| Crafting & Items | Many | Grayprints, user manuals, weapons, tools, gear, supplies |
Safehouses (4)
- Truck Repair Shop in Industrial Zone
- Penthouse 2 in Town
- Automobile Repair Shop 2 in Suburbs
- TownHouse under Watertower
Safehouses generate income from resurrection (in the main release), storage, trade, and crafting fees, and serve as logistical bases for clan operations.
Hotel Rooms (10)
The clan holds 10 hotel rooms as property assets. These provide rental income, additional storage capacity, and extra respawn points across the map, expanding the clan's footprint beyond the core safehouse network.
Vehicles (12+, the largest fleet in the game)
- 1 Bus
- 1 Truck
- 1 Tractor
- 1 Motorboat
- 2 Cars
- 6 Vans (including the two unique service vehicles below)
We own the highest number of vehicles in the game and are the only clan capable of repairing and maintaining them, a decisive and lasting competitive advantage.
Unique Service Vehicles
- Reanimation Van: a specialized ambulance dedicated to members and other players: hospital transport and on-site medical assistance. A recurring income source that also strengthens our reputation and influence in the game.
- Mobile Workbench Van: a maintenance vehicle with a field workbench that repairs vehicles directly in the field, enabling mobile repair services for any player and reinforcing our position as the leading vehicle clan.
Pets (8, including two of the rarest in the game)
- Panther, Ostrich, Dog, Snake, Monkey, Parrot, Cat, Rat
The Panther and Ostrich are two of the rarest pets in the entire game, with only three of each in existence globally; Match Lords owns one of each. Together with our wider menagerie, these assets drive value in the game economy and let our players generate greater revenue for the clan.
Crafting Backbone
The clan holds the crucial crafting resources every serious organization needs: grayprints, user manuals, weapons, and tools, alongside gear, supplies, and consumables. Mersudin is converting Eko's whiteprints into grayprints, 10 of each, deepening our crafting capability.
50 Survival Kits
Match Lords has secured 50 survival kits reserved for clan players in the BETA, ensuring operational readiness from day one. (10 acquired, with 40 more incoming.)
All clan assets are held under this Match Lords Qubic ID.
4.2 Strategic Investments & Partnerships
Match Lords holds outside positions in the broader MLM and Qubic ecosystem and maintains key alliances that share our long-term vision:
| Investment | Holding | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| MLM Shares | 10 shares | Direct exposure to My Last Match's overall economic performance. |
| Qrwa Shares | 20 shares | Stake in the Qrwa project within the Qubic ecosystem. |
| Qmine Tokens | 5,000,000 | Position in Qmine, deepening ties to Qubic infrastructure. |
These holdings provide income and capital-appreciation potential independent of in-game activity, strengthening the long-term backing of the $ML token.
Strategic Partnerships
One of our greatest strengths is the alliances we have built with key organizations in the game ecosystem:
- Qmine controls roughly 95% of the game's water supply. Our partnership gives Match Lords preferential pricing and availability on the single most critical survival resource, reducing operating costs and resource risk so we can focus on growth.
- Eko owns and operates the game's Zoo. Through this collaboration our members receive free pet training, maximizing the value of our rare animals while cutting development costs. Eko also supplies the whiteprints behind our grayprint crafting.
Both Qmine and Eko share a common vision with Match Lords and are valuable allies in our long-term strategy.
Clan Structure & Ranks
Match Lords' ranking system rewards skill, discipline, and loyalty. Ranks are entirely independent of token ownership, earned through in-game activity, completed contracts, successful escorts, PvP, territory held, and peer trust.
Rank Progression
To advance, members make quantifiable contributions: completed transport and escort jobs, PvP participation, defense of clan assets, and ongoing support for other members. Promotions follow core team review plus a community vote.
| Rank | Multiplier | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Recruit | 1.0× | Entry rank for new members |
| Operative | 1.5× | Active contributor on jobs and operations |
| Veteran | 2.0× | Established member with consistent results |
| Specialist | 2.5× | Proven expert in a chosen role |
| Officer | 3.5× | Issues orders; coordinates squads |
| Lord | 5.0× | Core leadership; strategic command |
In-Game Roles
Alongside rank, every member holds an in-game role based on skill and preference. Roles can combine with rank for clear identification, for example Veteran / Driver, Specialist / Fighter, or Officer / Logistics.
| Role | Function |
|---|---|
| Driver | Operates clan vehicles for transport, escort, and PvP mobility |
| Escort | Provides close protection on convoys, runs, and trades |
| Fighter | Frontline combat; PvP and contract operations |
| Logistics | Coordination of supplies, assets, and movement of goods |
| Crafter | Crafting of gear, supplies, and consumables for clan use and trade |
| Repairer | Vehicle and equipment repair, including field repairs |
| Scouter | Reconnaissance, intel, and route planning |
Only Officers and Lords can issue orders to other members. This keeps operations disciplined and accountable, with clear decision-making in the field.
Revenue Distribution to Members
15% of total clan revenue is distributed to active members using a Rank Multiplier system:
Payout = (Your Multiplier ÷ Total Active Multipliers) × (15% of Clan Revenue)
Recruitment & Member Progression
Match Lords is committed to continuous growth and actively welcomes new members. We are building a structured recruitment and progression system where every member can advance through the ranks based on dedication, activity, contribution, and overall impact on the clan's success. Members who consistently demonstrate commitment and deliver value are recognized, rewarded, and promoted accordingly.
We encourage motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented players to join us and become part of our long-term vision. Every contribution matters, and every member has the opportunity to grow alongside the clan. Players interested in joining are invited to contact Mersudin, the Clan Founder and Leader, for recruitment details and further information.
Governance
Match Lords' leadership is fully doxxed and operates transparently. The clan publishes regular reports on revenue, distributions, and operations, and consults the community on every major decision such as significant trades, asset acquisitions, treasury use, and strategic operations.
- Transparency: regular on-chain reports with transaction IDs and revenue breakdowns.
- $ML-weighted voting: holders vote on major acquisitions, treasury use, and new features.
- Community consultation: major trades and operations are discussed with the community before execution.
- Meritocratic council: top-ranked active players advise on day-to-day operations.
Technology
Match Lords uses a Qubic smart contract to automate revenue distribution from clan services, properties, and investments. When the contract receives Qubic revenue, it splits automatically:
Distribution to holders is proportional to $ML held at epoch end. The buyback and burn portion is used to purchase $ML from the open market and permanently remove it from supply, creating ongoing deflationary pressure. [Smart contract deployment and staking timing TBD; typically after the public sale concludes.]
Tokenomics
